Delays caused by incomplete submissions, late approvals, or lack of communication may impact delivery timelines, for which Gambit Games shall not be held responsible. Clients confirm that all materials shared are owned or legally licensed for use.

Payments & Billing

All payments must be made according to the agreed proposal, package, or pricing plan. Advance or milestone-based payments may be required before work begins. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Intellectual Property Rights

All concepts, designs, creatives, and campaign materials produced by Gambit Games remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients are granted usage rights as agreed, excluding resale, redistribution, or modification without written consent. Gambit Games reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials.

AI Tools & Future Features

Any AI-powered tools or features described as “Coming Soon” are subject to development timelines and availability. Gambit Games does not guarantee specific launch dates, performance outcomes, or results from AI-driven services. Additional terms may apply upon release of such features.

Limitation of Liability

Gambit Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of guaranteed results.
